Luxury Living Requires Lofty Brand Management
The Lofts at Farigrounds is a multi-family buildings totaling 311 residential units in Rhode Island. The fairgrounds location is historic and has had many uses at his location including a textile mill, train station, and horse race track. The history of the location was taken into consideration in the design process of the logo and incorporated in the initial designs. Ultimately the design was simplified to the trotting horse weather vane. The logo successfully conveys the elegance of this luxury community.
